and i was lucky enough to find my kitten wearin espadrille's, capris, bettie bangs, and cherry red lips.....

    she's my hot rod mamma.......

if you want a good style for the wavy hair...check out the group photo from the inside of the self titled album....they pretty much show varrying hairstyles.....any good barber shop (i mean a REAL barber shop) should be able to swing it for ya.

Many moons ago when I was a crusty punker, I used to iron it str8 so I could crank up the liberty spikes, might try that again,I'll probably end up burning my head! Can't wear my creepers without a good hairdo though so hear goes.

we're shitouttaluck to buy it in stores in the midwest...if you want it you gotta get it online. www.8ballwebstore.com has it, and a few other websites. just go to google and type in "American Greaser Supply". basically you want a firm hold pomade WITHOUT BEESWAX!!! after a while you will notice certain areas of yer forehead creepin back to your neck. beeswax clogs the hair folicles and kills em.
if you want something easy you can buy, American Crew pomade works pretty well. good hold, good shine, but you gotta use a little bit more than you would say if you were using Royal Crown, Black and White, Goat Girl, AGS, or Murray's. AGS is good because its like $6 for a 7 oz can. das a lotta goo.....

if you are goin fer the Mike Ness look (round the time of self titled, and somewhere between...)then you aint lookin for a pompadour. its a mix between a flat top, a wedge, and a pomp. get the sides and back cut as a flat top, but leave the hair in the front longer so you can comb it up and over like a pomp. no offense against the man...but thats what i call "box head"

DONT USE AGS SUPER 90WT!!!!!!!!! its ALL beeswax, and its hard, and stiff, and a pain in the ass to use!

    later cats and kittens.
